Looking for a great leadership role in a great location? Located in beautiful Red Rock Country, the Sedona Verde Valley Association of REALTORS® is looking for a new CEO to lead approximately 850 members and an MLS.  This association offers many interesting opportunities to build on a solid, well-managed foundation.

The association provides services to REALTOR® members across seven communities in an area with diverse, low-fuss lifestyles, including art communities, natural beauty, and outdoor activities ranging from snow skiing to fishing to hiking.

Responsible for a small staff and a volunteer board, the CEO recommends and implements policies, goals and strategic outcomes. The CEO directs the activities of membership development and retention, education and events, communication, advocacy, professional standards, and technology as it relates to the MLS.  

The ideal candidate will be well versed in technology, comfortable with public speaking, planning events. Qualified candidates should have solid relationship building and leadership skills while possessing the know-how to be team player. Candidates should have five to eight years of leadership experience preferably in a non-profit setting. Previous REALTOR® association experience preferred, especially with an MLS. College degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
