The Birmingham Association of REALTORS® is searching for an experienced CEO to lead their association forward by offering programs and services that increase member knowledge and skills, leading to their increased profitability and professionalism. The CEO will promote a staff culture that supports teamwork, respect and accountability.

Reporting to the Board President, the CEO is responsible for the delivery of all programs, products and services effective overall daily operations, and a Multiple Listing Service. Successful candidates need to demonstrate a history of developing relationships, encouraging teamwork and collaboration, implementing the strategic plan, with strong fiscal management, and an understanding of technology. This position supports a membership of approximately 4,300 and a staff of 14. The CEO collaborates with other association executives to provide MLS services to their members.

Candidates should have 8-10 years of leadership experience, preferably in a non-profit environment that is member focused, and be able to demonstrate technical competence.
